How is this different from property portal filters?

Portals help you find available listings. Property Ranker adds a reusable, personal decision layer: hard rules, weighted preferences, unknowns, evidence and household reactions.

What happens when property data is missing?

Missing evidence never becomes a silent pass. A home is marked “Needs verification”, or hidden when you explicitly choose Strict mode for that rule.

Can my partner see all my preferences?

No. You control visibility rule by rule. A private result can be shown simply as “Does not meet one partner’s private requirement.”

Does Property Ranker give property or financial advice?

No. Scores organise attention; they are not a valuation, guarantee, building inspection, legal opinion or financial recommendation. Material facts should always be independently verified.
